These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DreamDiecast website at dreamdiecast.in ("Website") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DreamDiecast is a brand owned and operated by Legallylite LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India.

Products & Pricing

All products listed on DreamDiecast are diecast collectible models. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for reference only — minor variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or involve pricing errors.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. For pre-orders, a booking advance is required at the time of placing the order, with the remaining balance due upon product arrival.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are strictly final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements. Pre-order cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. Booking advances are non-refundable. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Once a pre-ordered item arrives and we request the balance, the balance must be paid within 21 days. If it is not paid within 21 days, the pre-order is cancelled and the deposit already paid is non-refundable. Shipping (₹120) is always collected with the balance payment and is not waived regardless of order value.

Combined-Shipping Holds

When you choose to hold your order for combined shipping, you pay for the item(s) now and we hold them for you for up to 21 days so you can ship several purchases together for one flat combined-shipping fee. Each held order must be released for shipping within 21 days of its purchase by paying the combined-shipping fee. If a held order is not shipped within 21 days, it is automatically cancelled and the amount already paid is non-refundable.

Store Pickup

For pickup orders, we notify you on WhatsApp when your order is packed and ready for collection at the DreamDiecast x Marbles store in Bangalore. You must collect your order within 30 days of that ready notification. We will send reminders before the deadline. If the order is not collected within 30 days, it is automatically cancelled and the amount already paid is non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including logos, images, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Legallylite LLP or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DreamDiecast (Legallylite LLP) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
