At DreamDiecast, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements on any purchases. Diecast models are collectible items and are sold as-is.
No Returns or Refunds
Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, including change of mind, buyer's remorse, or minor cosmetic differences. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Lost in Transit (LIT) & Damaged in Transit (DIT)
Lost in Transit (LIT) and Damaged in Transit (DIT) claims are not covered. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the courier during transit. No replacements or refunds will be issued for LIT or DIT cases.
Protect Yourself: Record Your Unboxing
We strongly recommend that every customer record a full 360-degree unboxing video of their order upon delivery. This is the only way to document the condition of your package and its contents at the time of receipt.

- Full 360-degree images of the package and contents
- Complete unboxing video (mandatory)
- Your order number
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to review any claims.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. Booking advances are non-refundable.
