Domestic Shipping (India)

DreamDiecast ships across India to all serviceable pin codes, covering metros, tier-2, and tier-3 cities across all states and union territories.

• Free shipping on orders ₹3,500 and above, including Hot Wheels and Matchbox
• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
• Flat rate of ₹120 per order below ₹3,500
• Pre-order deposits: no shipping charge upfront; ₹120 shipping is collected with your final balance payment when the model arrives

International Shipping

We also ship internationally! International shipping rates are custom and vary based on destination, weight, and package dimensions. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 91487 24708 for a shipping quote to your country.

Courier Partners

We partner with professional courier services to ensure reliable, trackable delivery across India. The courier partner is selected based on your pin code for optimal delivery speed and reliability. If Professional Couriers is unserviceable to your pin code, we ship via India Post or Delhivery instead. International shipments are handled through custom arrangements.

Collector-Grade Packaging

Every model ships in premium protective packaging designed specifically for diecast collectibles. Our packaging process includes:

• Individual bubble wrap around each model
• Rigid corrugated outer box to prevent crushing
• Foam inserts for high-value items (1:43 and 1:24 scale)
• Fragile stickers and handling instructions on the outer package

Order Processing

We are currently shipping 3 days a week. Orders are batched and dispatched on shipping days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders

On pre-orders you pay a booking deposit now and the balance once stock arrives.

• Once your item arrives and we request the balance, the balance must be paid within 21 days.
• If the balance is not paid within 21 days, the pre-order is cancelled and the deposit already paid is non-refundable.
• Shipping (₹120) is always collected with the balance payment and is not waived regardless of order value.

Combined-Shipping Holds

Prefer to ship several purchases together? Choose to hold your order at checkout: you pay for the item(s) now and we hold them for up to 21 days, then ship everything together for one flat ₹120 combined-shipping fee.

• Each held order must be released for shipping within 21 days of its purchase by paying the combined-shipping fee.
• If a held order is not shipped within 21 days, it is automatically cancelled and the amount already paid is non-refundable.

Store Pickup

You can skip shipping and collect your order in person from the DreamDiecast x Marbles store in Bangalore. We notify you on WhatsApp when your order is packed and ready.

• Pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of the "ready for pickup" notification. We send reminders before the deadline.
• If the order is not collected within 30 days, it is automatically cancelled and the amount already paid is non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment status through the courier partner's website or through your account on our platform.

Damage During Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 91487 24708 with full 360-degree images and an unboxing video. Please note that Lost in Transit (LIT) and Damaged in Transit (DIT) claims are not covered without a proper unboxing video. See our Returns Policy for full details.
