Products & Authenticity
Are your diecast models 100% genuine?
Yes. Every model we sell is sourced from authorized distributors and is 100% authentic. We stock Hot Wheels, Mini GT, Tarmac Works, Pop Race, Bburago, and Matchbox, along with a rotating selection of other brands.
What scales do you sell?
Our core range is 1:64 scale, the most popular size for collectors. We also carry 1:43 and 1:24 scale models, mainly from Bburago. The scale is listed on every product page.
How often do you add new stock?
New models are sourced regularly from authorized distributors. The New Arrivals page shows everything added in the last two weeks, and our Instagram and WhatsApp community get first looks at incoming stock.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days across India. We currently dispatch 3 days a week, and you receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is a flat ₹100 per order, or ₹120 for orders containing Hot Wheels or Matchbox models. Pre-order deposits are placed without an upfront shipping charge; ₹100 shipping is collected with your final balance payment when the model arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates are custom and depend on the destination, weight, and package size. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91487 24708 for a quote to your country.
How are models packed for shipping?
Every order ships in collector-grade packaging: individual bubble wrap around each model, a rigid corrugated outer box, foam inserts for larger 1:43 and 1:24 scale pieces, and fragile-handling labels on the package.
Pre-Orders
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders run in three steps. First, reserve your model by paying a small booking advance. Second, we notify you by email and WhatsApp when the stock arrives in hand. Third, you pay the remaining balance plus shipping, and we dispatch your model. You can track every stage in My Purchases.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-order cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, and booking advances are non-refundable. Please confirm the model, scale, and ETA before reserving.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Each pre-order listing shows an ETA month set by the manufacturer’s production schedule. ETAs can shift; we notify you the moment your model lands and is ready for balance payment.
Orders & Returns
What is your returns policy?
All sales are strictly final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements, including for Lost in Transit (LIT) or Damaged in Transit (DIT) cases. Diecast models are collectible items sold as-is, so please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Record a full 360-degree unboxing video before opening the package. This is the only way to document the condition of your delivery, and claims cannot be reviewed without one. If anything looks wrong, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 91487 24708 with the video, photos, and your order number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can also see live order and pre-order status anytime under My Purchases on your account.
